Governing Law and Jurisdiction

You and Fabricana agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia situated in the city of Vancouver.
These Terms shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the Sale of Goods. The controlling language of these Terms of Use is English.
Assignment

Survival
