Shipping policy

We currently ship to both Canada and the United States. International customers please contact us for all purchasing and shipping inquiries.

Our order fulfillment team works Monday to Friday to pick and cut orders. Most orders will be cut and ready to ship within 1 business day.

Orders will be shipped via Fedex, UPS, Canada Post or ChitChats. Delivery dates will be dependent on the shipping speed chosen at checkout, but generally range between 2-8 business days after shipping. For customers in more rural areas, please allow an additional 1-4 business days for delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the products added to the cart.

Free Shipping

For website orders over $75.00 (Canada) and $150 CAD (United States), after discounts and before taxes, qualify for free shipping.

Please note – certain products are marked “not eligible for free shipping” due to being oversized and incurring additional shipping charges.

In-Store Pickup

As an alternative to shipping, we also offer instore pickup. Orders will be prepared in the warehouse and shipped directly to the stores for pickup. Instore pickups are usually ready between 1-4 business days after ordering.
