Do you have a physical store?

Yes we do! We have a retail store in Coquitlam. Please see our Locations Page to find out more details.

What are your retail store holiday hours? Are you closed on any holidays?

We are open from 11:00AM-5:00PM on statutory holidays. This includes Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Labour Day and Thanksgiving.

On Remembrance Day we are open from 11:05AM-6:00PM

We are closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Note: we also close early on New Year’s Eve at 4:00PM.

I saw a fabric at your store that I want but I can’t find it on your website.

When we buy non-reorderable fabrics from designers and textile houses, we typically send the smaller quantities and ends-of-bolts to our stores. The larger quantities of fabric are divided between the online store and our retail storefronts.

You may have seen a non-reorderable fabric that had limited quantities and was therefore only available in-store. Hopefully, we have something similar online to your desired fabric. Since we can never guarantee we won’t run out of reorderable fabrics, it’s best to purchase that special fabric when you first see it online or in-store.

Do you sell gift cards?

We are sorry, at this time gift cards are currently unavailable to be purchased online. Gift cards are still available for purchase in-store for any denomination.

I need more quantity than your website has in stock. Do you accept special orders?

Yes, we accept special order requests. Please complete this request form and we will do our best to accommodate.

Do you have a printed catalogue of your fabrics?

Our inventory is always changing. As such, having a printed catalog isn’t a practical option. Our website, is constantly being updated so we recommend you check back in often to our new arrivals section.

However, if you are looking for something specific that you cannot find online, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Questions about our products?

Do you ship fabric in pieces?

No. We understand the importance of one, continuous piece of fabric. When this isn’t possible, team will contact you to discuss details before your item ships.

What is your minimum cut?

The minimum cut length is ½ yard, after that we sell in ¼ yard increments.

What does reorderable mean under “Additional Information”?

Reorderable fabrics are fabrics that we regularly have stock of. Non-reorderable fabrics cannot be reproduced, re-created or reordered. Once it is sold out, it is gone.

When will an item be back in stock?

We do our best to restock our reorderable fabrics as soon as possible. If you would like to know the expected restock date of a specific fabric, please complete this form and we will respond to you directly.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit card, and gift cards*. *Gift cards are currently unable to be used to pay for transactions online. We are working hard to get that functionality up as soon as possible. In the meantime, we still accept gift cards in store.

Why did my credit card decline?

Please check the following items first. If you continue to receive an error message then please contact us at customer service.

Verify your name, billing address, and billing postal/zip code match those on file with your credit card provider.

Credit cards are charged at the time of shipping. If funds are not available at that time, your credit card may not be authorized and your order may be cancelled.

Shipping / Returns / Privacy

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once payment is received, orders are usually processed for shipping within 1 business day. Delivery dates will be dependent on the shipping speed chosen at checkout, but generally range between 2-8 business days after shipping.

What is your return policy?
