RETURN POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us to see if we can resolve the problem.

All refunds or exchanges must occur within 30 days of original purchase, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping (unless it is an error as described below).

Please note, any fabric that has been used, cut, washed or altered in any way or is not in sellable condition will not be eligible for a return or replacement. Please examine your fabrics closely before cutting into them. We do not accept partial returns on fabrics, you must return us the full amount of the specific fabric you wish to return. If you attempt to return a partial amount of an item to us, it will be sent back to you and you will be charged the return shipping.

For items other than fabric, once an item is opened, used, washed or cut into, it is no longer exchangeable.

Errors

If you have received an incorrect fabric, or if there are inherent defects with the fabric (outside of the normal variances in fabric printing and dyeing) we will gladly exchange, issue store credit or refund the purchase.

Cut Fabrics & Trims (Excluding Quilting Fabric)

If the yardage of the piece of fabric is greater than 5 yards, we will issue store credit for the amount less a 20% restocking fee and any discounts that may have been applied on the item as well as the original shipping charges.


For fabric yardages of less than 5 yards, all sales are final.

Quilting Fabrics


We will issue store credit for the amount less a 20% restocking fee and any discounts that have been applied as well as the shipping charges.

Other


Buttons, notions, or anything sold as a whole item may be exchanged or returned for a store credit less shipping charges.

Discounted Items

Items discounted (sale, clearance, end of bolt, etc.) are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.

Special Orders

Special orders are final sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

SHIPPING POLICY

General

We currently ship to both Canada and the United States. International customers please contact us for all purchasing and shipping inquiries.

Our order fulfillment team works Monday to Friday to pick and cut orders. Most orders will be cut and ready to ship within 1 business day.

Orders will be shipped via Fedex or ChitChats. Delivery dates will be dependent on the shipping speed chosen at checkout, but generally range between 2-8 business days after shipping. For customers in more rural areas, please allow an additional 1-4 business days for delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size and weight of the products added to the cart.

Free shipping

For orders over $75.00 (Canada) and $150 CAD (United States), after discounts and before taxes, qualify for free shipping.

Please note – certain products are marked “not eligible for free shipping” due to being oversized and incurring additional shipping charges.

Instore pickup

As an alternative to shipping, we also offer instore pickup. Orders will be prepared in the warehouse and shipped directly to the stores for pickup. Instore pickups are usually ready between 1-4 business days after ordering.
