Tricot is the French word for “knit”. This matte tricot is our lightest weight knit with a very soft hand and sheer quality. While its softness and transparent quality make it perfect for use as a lightweight, flowing lining, like other transparent knits (like pantyhose) care must be taken not to snag this fabric to avoid holes or runs.
