Our top priority is always your safety and peace of mind. We are continuing to make shopping easier by offering curbside or store pickup for all your online orders.
Curbside/Instore pickup available for online orders at the Coquitlam location.
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose the store
During the check-out process select “Pick up in Coquitlam” as the shipping option.
Step 2: Confirmation email & Item Ready for Pickup email
Once you have checked out, you will receive two emails. The first email will confirm that we received your order. The second email will confirm that your order is ready to be picked up.
Step 3: Choose how to pick up**
- In store – when you arrive at the store please indicate to a staff member that you are there to pick up an online order. They will ask for your name and order number.
- Curbside pickup – When you arrive at the store, please call the number included in your “item ready for pickup” email. Please provide the staff your name, order number as well as the make and model of your vehicle. Remain in your vehicle and one of our staff will bring your order out to you in the parking lot.
**In store pickup orders are fulfilled by the warehouse and shipped to the store for pickup. Most orders are ready for pickup within 4 business days.
